With € 250,000, the M3 GTR street version holds the official title of the most expensive new car ever sold by BMW in Germany. However, we firmly believe that the street version of the V8 drive from M3 E46 racing cars is not the most expensive. The modern 3.0 CSL-CSL probably claims that unofficial crowns show with reports that BMW offered it at a triple price. Yes, the Special Coupé based in M4 CSL is said to be sold for € 750,000 each.
As with ultra-serving cars, prices are so often the case. RM Sotheby auctioned one of the 50 units for astonishing 1,017,500 euros in Munich in November 2023. Now we have come across another 3.0 csl, and this is certainly even more expensive. Hollmann International has BMW’s most powerful inline-Six street car, which is listed in a eye of € 1,184,050.
With the current exchange rates, it corresponds to about 1.34 million US dollars. This is a strong sum for what started as a 4 series in life. Of course, this is not an average 4. It begins as a M4 -CSL before it is transformed with a completely tailor -made coachbuilt body that pays homage to the beautiful 3.0 CSL E9. In addition, the automatic transmission is excreted for a manual and looks at its 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline-six to 552 hp. This is a record number for a BMW with a street legal with a six-cylinder engine. But because it has a stick, the torque is 100 Nm (74 LB-FT) to 550 Nm (406 LB-FT). I can’t have everything, not even on an over-theater M4.

BMW ended this 3.0-csl, like all examples, in alpine white M strips with retro taste. It has striking Gold Centerlock Fored wheels and a kidney grid design that we would like to see on mainstream M models. Although it is not as spectacular as the one-time 3.0 CSL homage R, the retro-cues make it far more special than a standard g82.
With only 31 miles (50 kilometers) on the clock, it is practically brand new. Hopefully the next owner will actually do it instead of throwing it away in an air -conditioned garage. In view of the car’s exclusivity factor, however, there is a great opportunity that wealthy customers only consider it as an investment. The M4 with a retro taste marks 50 years m, so that it takes a special place in the BMW line. If you had only put more effort into the inside. These screens will not age well.
The 3.0 CSL is not the only BMW that puts the price of M3 GTR in the shade. Rumors indicate that the upcoming M8-based skytop costs around € 500,000, which is twice as high as the street version. We also imagine that the Touring Coupé, based in Z4 M40i, would have offered a strong premium if it is a limited production. The broken revival of the clown shoe was said to be around € 250,000 before it was unfortunately set up.
