The 2025 IAA Mobility Show in Munich is becoming a pioneering moment for BMW. This year’s event, which takes place from September 9th to 14th, will organize one of the most important revelations in the brand in decades: the world premiere of the BMW IX3, the first production model, based on the long-awaited new class platform from new class. The press preview for the Munich Auto show begins on September 8th and promises a packed revelation plan, not only for BMW.
A new era begins: BMW IX3 (Na5)
While BMW has not yet officially confirmed which models are the focus in Munich, all the signs indicate the IX3 50 – the same prototype that we drove in Miramas, France at the beginning of this summer. The IX3 not only mark the next step on the electrification trip of BMW, but also a dramatic rethinking about how future vehicles will look, drive and interact with their inmates. The IX3 is the top of the spear in the new class Revolution of BMW, a family of almost 40 new models that are expected in the next two years. Although some of these vehicles will still use the IX5, IX7 and IX7-The Flexible CLAR platform, you benefit from the same sixth generation (generation) battery and engine technology, which is managed by the new class pioneering work.
Limousins, SUVs and beyond
New class is not just about an SUV. The true spiritual successor to BMWS Kern -DNA is still on the road. This honor belongs to the BMW i3 -Limousine (Codename NA0), which is due in 2026 and will bring the new class innovations to BMW’s most famous format. But for now it is the SUV that leads and indicates global market preferences.
