Noticeable BMW M2 with M parts of power does not remain unnoticed

We never have tired of seeing the BMW M2 with M -Performance parts dressed. This eccentric G87 builds almost every conceivable option, including the full body kit. By far the most striking upgrade is the optional exhaust with quad -stacked tips that dominate the rear end. We are still not sure whether we like it, but it is not to be denied that weight savings. Thanks to a Titan rear sill absorber, it shed eight kilograms (almost £ 18) compared to the standard setup.

Anyone who configured this M2 has not saved any costs. The coupé in the rear wheel drive is a real carbon fiber shop window. From the front fastening and the air intake to the side shadows and the rear wing, carbon is everywhere. There is even a rear spoiler on the rear glass, paired with a newly designed diffuser.

As if that weren’t enough, the car also wears M -Performance lettering on the rocker boards and a decorative strip under the Belt line. Matte foils on the bonnet and a towing tape with M brand round off the package. The only thing missing is the Centerlock Wheel, which debut on the 3.0 CSL before it rabries up to the M2, M3 and M4.

Painted in Sao Paulo Yellow, this wasteful build gives the M2 CS tame compared to comparison. Too many M jewelry? Maybe, but the advantage is that BMW sells these parts individually. You don’t have to buy the full kit, just the pieces you want.

Of course, it makes sense for BMW to show the width of its M -Performance parts catalog. This M2 even has an Aramid roof antenna, and although interior shots are not included here, we know that it bears a lot of alcantara and carbon fiber details. To drive the point home, you can even order M-Branded door locking pins and floor mats.

As far as the future of the M2 is concerned, after the CS there is even more on the horizon. We have a good authority that BMW will finally give its smallest M-car the XDRIVE treatment in 2026. Later in this decade, a full-grown CSL could occur as an ultimate range. If BMW does not expand the production run, the last M2 rolls in mid -2029 or about the same time as its larger brother, the M4.
