The quail, a motorsport assembly, has acquired a reputation as one of the most exclusive and most respected automotive events in the world. The show, which takes place every August in Carmel, California, during the auto week, combines rare automobiles, luxury lifestyle and more into a single big event. The guests are treated with a curated presentation of legendary classics, groundbreaking concept vehicles and all of the stuff. With its limited presence and the focus on hospitality, the quail enthusiast offers the opportunity to get involved directly with manufacturers, designers and collectors. During our visit, we ensured that some of the most interesting cars were exhibited.
Tour through Italy
Seeing a Ferrari during the auto week is hardly a heading. But if there are several examples of one of the rarest and most famous Ferrari models of all time, you will notice. We saw a nice selection of different Ferrari models, but which was undoubtedly the most special, was the F50 silver paint. Not that the red (s) were not something special, but only four of the 349 F50s this slim Grigio Argento/Argento Nürburgring color. This specific example was stolen from Italy in 2001 before performing in Japan two years later. A few decades and through miles of bureaucracy and Due Diligence forward, and the car is 100% clear and legal. With almost 665,000 US dollars of restoration efforts, it is now the quality of time.
Speaking of Italy, one of the more interesting debut of the year took place in the Lamborghini Camp. The Lamborghini Fenomeno made his debut as a “few off”, with all thirty -speaking cars. Although it is based on the reviewer, there are some differences. Apart from the body work, the Fenomeno is fractionally wider and makes a little more strength. Now the trio of the electric motors and 6.5 liter V12 are ridiculous 1,065 hp, 64 more than the reviewer. It will fly from zero to 124 miles per hour to a top speed of 217 miles per hour in 6.7 seconds.
Corvette CX concepts
The Corvette has recently been on a tear, whereby the records of Nürburgring rounds, the hopes and dreams of Mustang GTD customers destroy and most likely destroy a few tire sets on the way. Here GM brought two interesting concept cars. Both are variants that are called Corvette CX, and you will not find any Birbigal V8 engines here. The electrical concept vettes are based on four electric motors that generate a colossal 2,000 hp or more on all four wheels over all four wheels via all-wheel drive. While the appearance of the “design study” of CX, but production is ready, future Vette versions will be informed.
Bovensiepen Zagato
The Bovensiepen brothers made sure that they made the Bovensiepen Zagato in mind, which could realistically enable their ultra-cool cooperation with the Italian design house Zagato. Here the elegant interior of the car and the flowing outer design fits great. Or at least much better than a third BMW G83 M4 Cabrio – the car that underpins its carbon fiber body. It also borrowed the violent S58 engine of the car, although it was massaged here to produce 611 hp.
Bugatti, Koenigsegg, singer and more
You can see before you are named photos by The Bugatti Brouillard, a 1578 hp monster named after a horse. Ettore Bugatti was quite a type of horse, and his favorite was called Brouillard. So you will spy on all possible interesting horse badges for the latest hypercar of the brand. Fortunately, most of them inside the car. The door panels, seats and equipment selection offer horse motifs in one way or another. Under the hood, a W-16 engine is still beating that displaces 8.0 liters.
Further highlights are the Koenigsegg Gemera, the first four-seater of the brand and another special singer serial. This year’s quail marked a special occasion, with the company celebrating a total of 500 cars “produced”. You can search the gallery below to see more of our Quail 2025 favorites.
