Mercedes-Benz S-Class remembered potentially faulty brakes

Mercedes-Benz has published a callback for certain versions of the S-Class of the current generation due to a potential brake fluid leak, which could lead to longer stop distances and thus the risk of a crash.

The recall influences certain S-Class models from the 2021-2023 model yearsincluding those from the Maybach Ultra-Luxury Division. The affected models include the S 500, S 580, S 580E, Maybach S 580 and Maybach S 680.

In total, 20,339 vehicles are affected in the USA
