Bentley has long had a call for breathtaking concept cars. With the EXP 15, the brand reveals its vision of electrical luxury and offers a large tourer that is tailored to relaxed, refined trips.
The company’s first electrical model, a smaller sibling for the Bentayga, is due next year – later than some competitors. The Exp 15 shows Bentley’s electrical future with dramatic dimensions and a new interpretation of its iconic badge. This concept underlines more than just a drive train preview and shows the creative dynamics in the new design center of the Marque. The Exp 15 measures more than five meters and is inspired by the Speed Six Gurney Nutting Sportsman Coupé from 1930, which is better known to fans as a Blue Train Bentley.
This legendary car hit the express train from Cannes to London in a race by Woolf Barnato, the then chairman of Bentley. With this new concept, the brand nods this inheritance while looking at 2026 when their core models shift to full electrification. The W12 has already been replaced by V8 plug-in hybrids, which gives the sound for the next.
It is unlikely that the three-door layout of the Exp 15 travel session will reach production. “A concept enables us to express our design language and to anticipate the market direction,” says design director Robin Page. “Expand SUVs, we know the GT room well, but the salon segment continues to develop.” There is a single door on the driver’s side.

The opposite side has two, together with a partially opening panoramic view, to facilitate access. The passenger seat can rotate 45 degrees outwards and lean back in the normal or relax mode. Folding footrests fold into the ground to create additional congestion without opening the boots.
Regardless of whether the details create production or not, the EXP 15 leaves little doubt: Bentley’s electrical future will be as elegant, forgiving and unmistakably British as its past.
