Luxury car brands will never admit that they pursue volume, but everyone does it. Audi has the A3, Mercedes sells the CLA and BMW offers the 1 -series shaker together with the 2 Series siblings for Gran Coupé -Limoußer. We recently spoke about the M135 Hot Hatch in South Africa, and new pictures show that it didn’t happen alone. The M235 also ended up in SA, quad exhaust and everything.
Enthusiasts remember that the M235i badge once referred to a completely different car. Gone are the days of the rear wheel drive with an inline six and a manual transmission. In contrast, the badge for a four -door limousine was repeated based on a platform on the basis of front applications. By default, it is with XDRIVE and not an option for a clutch pedal. The only-automatic compact premium sedan drops the “i” out of its name. Why? BMW remove the letter from all gasoline models. In the future, only electric vehicles will carry the “I”.
The M235 is one of the two versions with gasoline available for the 2 Series Gran Coupé “F74”. BMW shows its M-Performance sedan in Brooklyn Gray, which is equipped with optional 19-inch wheels. We also recognize the m sports package Pro with Dark Shadowline accents and red brake calipers. Inside, the M sports seats are equipped with three-colored seams on the seat belts.

This is not the most expensive M235 -Gran coupé money that it can buy because the car shown no composite brakes is missing. The updated setup is also available for other mechanically related models such as M135, X1 M35i and X2 M35i. All have large 385 mm drilled front slices and 330 mm rear slices, paired with gray brake calipers.
If you are not a fan of the black Alcantara/Veganza interior, BMW offers a brave red and black alternative in Sensatec (artificial leather). There is more plastic than we would like to see, also in a 1 series, but it Is But a series. BMW has confirmed that the iDrive button is on the way to the outside and is already missing in several models. All the latest compact cars have dropped and the upcoming models will not have it either.
Cars like the 2 Series Gran Coupé help BMW to keep its sales crown and ward off the competition from Mercedes, Audi and Lexus. A hot M235 in the line -up also helps the M division to continue to break the sales records year after year.
