So far, most of the insights of the 2026 BMW IX3 have been in the color of the ocean case. The silver color of the outer or spaces silver -Metallic, as is called on the IX3 configurator from BMW Germany, ultimately fits well with the M sports pages and large wheels. These 22-inch wheels of two colors are called Style 1054 and they are the largest that you can get on the new IX3. You are also only offered another 22-inch wheel for all IX3 models for M-Sporte car. Blue brakes proudly wear branding behind the huge alloys and further give them in that it is an M sports model. But things get even more interesting when you open the door.
The silver room on the outside hits a castanea interior
Inside, BMW chose the exotic brown shadow. Although silver and brown are not one of the first combinations that come to mind, it really works here. Like the similar Castanea Castania, which originally debuted on the BMW IX, the castanea shown here has a reddish shade. It ensures a good contrast to all the black and silver that are otherwise around the cabin. Fortunately, this car is also equipped with an M sports steering wheel. The white bike we saw on other IX3s would probably have looked a bit inappropriate. Apart from a significantly different screen and arm approval area, the interior of the IX3 makes up a lot, which the IX do at Castanea. The door handles and the lower dashboard remain black. The seats in the IX3 also contain more gray and black in the accents and seams.
The 2026 BMW IX3 in Space Silver Over Castanea proves that BMW has not lost its touch for the combination of courageous design with premium surfaces. From the Sharp M Sport Bodywork and massive 22-inch alloys to warm, distinctive castanea interior, this configuration shows how versatile the new class design language can be.
