BMW extends the adaptation and comfort options for important models for the summer of 2025 and offers more comprehensive standard functions and improved selection of personalization for the 7 Series, X3 and IX.
BMW 7 series receives standard laminate -security glass and more comfort options
From mid-2025, all variants of the BMW 7 series, including the full electrical BMW i7, will be equipped with laminated safety glass with contrast pressure. This glass improves cabin insulation, reduces the penetration of noise and adds a first -class visual signature to the windows of the vehicle.
In addition to this upgrade, BMW leads greater flexibility when configuring comfort functions, but can vary depending on the market. For the first time, comfort glazing, sun protection glazing and the heat comfort package – the normally heated armrest and surfaces – will be available as independent options instead of being bundled to bundled packages. With this step, customers can get their vehicle specifications in more detail depending on the climate needs or personal preferences.
In the door threshold trim added to BMW X3 as an optional styling improvement
The new BMW X3, including the high-performance BMW X3 M50 XDrive, receives a subtle but sporty visual upgrade. A new M-door threshold cladding will be available as an optional extra if either the M sports package, the M Sport package Pro or the top X3 M50 XDRIVE.
BMW IX to debut new BMW individual paint option
The purely electric BMW IX will receive a new BMW painting in frozen pure gray metallic, which is available from the summer of 2025.
The BMW IX is available in a number of colors, including metallic options such as Black Sapphire, Oxidgrau, Storm Bay and Aventurine Red. Further color selection are alpine white, mineral white, phytonic blue, Sophisto Gray and Blue Ridge Mountain.
