It was only a few days ago since BMW tested the M2 -CS at the Nürburgring. Interestingly, another prototype in the green hell has now been discovered. This time, the competitive sport will be released thanks to its striking bikes. The well-known golden bronze finish is probably an alternative to the all-black alloys that can be seen in previous test cars.
However, something is still missing in this M2 CS. The white day lights are probably exchanged for a yellow topic. Apart from that, the car appears ready to produce. Instead of hiding the changes from the regular G87, the camouflage actually underlines the upgrades, mainly the aggressive front bum and the Ducktail spoiler in the M4-CSL style.
However, this is not a CSL, which explains the presence of rear seats. The M2 CS should only call up 30 kilograms (66 pounds), and we are excited to see whether BMW will continue the power envelope. For those who follow themselves, the F87 m2 of the previous generation received a one-time CSL version. At the moment we can only dream of a series production M2 CSL based on the G87.

In the meantime, the CS is developing into the fastest and most powerful M2 ever. The rear-wheel drive, the rear drive, could pack the high-performance g87 (but only automatically) 523 hp. If sources are right near Munich, this would only match a smaller, lighter, rear -end -sized package.
When does the cladding come off? We suspect that the M2 CS will make its debut next month. BMW has a new M car for the 2025 Concorso d’Elanza Villa d’Este, and we cannot imagine a more likely candidate. The event is set for May 23 to 25, in which a new concept car is also unveiled.
The M3-CS sedan is used at the beginning of this year, the M4 CS in 2024 and the M3 CS Limousine introduced in 2023 and the M3 CS Limousine, this latest CS bathroom model. BMW is expected to produce less than 2,000 units in the course of a one -year run.
