New BMW 3 Series M350 Imagined with new class styling

I love it or loathe it, the new class styling is used in the entire line -up. The design director of the BMW Group, Adrian van Hooydonk, has already told BMWblog That it is not easy to determine which car has a combustion engine and which is fully electrical. Dance shots of the next generation with burning engines and the Electric i3 have strongly pointed out that the two are cut out of the same cloth. The only significant change will be at the front where the EV has a shorter nose. This is to be expected because the electrical limousine does not need all this space to adapt a gas engine.

Our exclusive rendering tries to see the future of the eighth generation in the future of the 3 Series sedan. The code name “G50”, the rival of the C-Class Mercedes C-Class here in the Spicy M Performance Guise. No, not the M340i. Instead, the Not-Fit-M3 reports reported to the M350 pointed name. As with the latest gas fules, cars from Bavaria will avoid the “I” at the end of his name.

While we are still not being sold in the rear light design, which can be seen for the first time on the Vision Nee Class concept, everything else looks promising. As with other M-Lite models, the first M350 receives a quad emissions system. This is not just an assumption, since the following spy shots represent a prototype with four tips. Our rendering is not a shot in the dark, as it lasts according to the camouflaged prototype.

We hope that the next generation’s 3 Series Limousins will not grow any further because the current “G20” is already a large car. Flush door handles make the profile more smooth, while the front mend a wide kidney grid with modern headlights. In the rear, a subtle spoiler lip on the suitcase will continue to describe that it is not an ordinary 3 Series.

Car Paparazzi couldn’t look into it, but the “G50” will probably share the cabin with the electric 3 “Na0”. Sooner or later, all BMWs have the iDrive X with a large central touchscreen and the panoramic view. The latter consists of a projection at the base of the windshield, which extends from one pillar to the other. The digital instrument cluster will be a thing of the past, but an optional 3D head-up display of the next generation is planned.

Expect even fewer physical keys in BMWs of tomorrow, which also do not have the traditional Idrive rotary button. The Bavarian brand will withdraw the dial with the next generation of its infotainment system. It is all in the name of minimalism, although some are tried to say that this overlap has more to do with the cost reduction. Of course, no car manufacturer will ever admit this.

When the next 3 Series arrives, the M350 will probably be offered from day one. Expect a euro 7 -compliant “B58” engine under the bonnet. BMW has announced an M3 (“G84”) with full fat with an inline six for greater performance. The regular “G50” could go into production in November 2026, with the hotter “G84” reaching the assembly line in July 2028. As already reported, the 3 Series production probably changes from Munich to Dingolfing.
