The F80 M3 CS usually doesn’t fly under the radar – but that somehow did. Painted in Lime Rock Gray Metallic and completed with hardware for motorsport border. It looks like it is being rolled out of a secret m division test system. But it didn’t. It came from the European car source in Southern California. And what makes it special is not just the color or the carbon bits-es is the fact that it runs the brand new electrical R3 coil system of the nitron.
Nitron has tacitly developed this electronically adjustable suspension structure in order to integrate directly into the electronic damper control (EDC) from BMW. Translation? You can use your IDRIVE screen, such as taxes, that you are on your turn, fully adjustable dampers. And this M3 CS is the test bed.


The owner also did not stop at the clouds. The suspension of the car is fully chosen with a PLC of CATALOG below. We speak of poor, left, sockets – all precision components that sharpen the chassis. And to ensure that the rear end remains planted under the throttle, a gymnast engine was inaugurated for a good measure.
This thing should be driven – hard. So it is no surprise to see a complete CSF cooling package under the bonnet, including improved radiators and heat exchangers. There is also an Eventuri inlet system that feeds cooler air in the S55, and above all a VTT -Kurbel -Hub -Kit to ensure that everything stays in one piece when things become spicy. Anyone who is familiar with S55S knows that Mod is not for the show. It is insurance.


Inside, the car acts the work comfort for a serious upgrade of the feedback. Sparco QRT-C Performance Carbon fiber seats now hold the driver and tight and quickly assembled in the power of club sports modern. At the moment they are naked carbon, but EAS says that they will soon get customer -specific upholstery in order to bring back a bit of courtesy. Not that this car takes care of it. A Madtrace/JQwerkks -Rennlenlenkrad adds even more motorsport taste -complete with programmable controls and exactly the right amount of drama.
It runs on a series of Titan 7 T-M20 fake bikes that have been selected for strength and weight savings and hides a series of Brembo-Pista-Fff-Frontbremen behind it. Back brake calipers are on the way. At the moment, the car is already stopping like a house top that beats concrete – EAS, says that the brake bleeding is not even a point of discussion.


The project is developing even further. The seats will be ready, the rear brakes are on the way and we suspect that a few things will come down the pipeline. But even if it is, this F80 M3 CS is a very well-executed building with a real vision behind-not just a shopping list of parts.
