[ad_1]

Electrofit, an EV conversion components firm, has launched its first electrical crate motor.

The CM100KW1 is a everlasting magnet synchronous motor with a built-in inverter, a steady energy ranking of fifty kW, a configurable peak energy ranking of 100-150 kW and a weight of 54 kg. The corporate says the built-in inverter “considerably reduces price (a typical inverter prices round £3,000) and complexity of integration.”

The motor is appropriate with present gearboxes and OEM single-speed transmissions. “Electrofit may also present a matched OEM single-speed transmission that’s designed to sync completely with the motor,” says the corporate. “The motor and transmission mixed will present a powerful front-wheel-drive setup of 260 Nm of torque.”

The motor additionally features a 500 mm energy cable, communications cable, coolant pipe connectors and motor set up directions. The corporate says it’s shipped worldwide in a 600 x 600 x 760 mm crate that weighs roughly 56 kg.

The motor is on the market for £5,250.00 (about $6,208) plus VAT, and the Electrofit single-speed transmission is being provided for £1,000 (about $1,182) plus VAT.
