Charged EVs | Ionic MT says its nano-silicon can substitute graphite in EV batteries, enhancing efficiency


Battery materials know-how firm Ionic Mineral Applied sciences has emerged from stealth mode to debut its halloysite-derived nano-silicon, Ionisil, which is supposed for use as a drop-in alternative for graphite in lithium-based batteries.

Ionic MT is a vertically-integrated producer of nano-silicon, which it says can allow considerably longer vary and quicker charging for EVs.
