NI (previously Nationwide Devices) has agreed to buy the check techniques enterprise of Kratzer Automation, and expects the acquisition to shut in Q2 of 2022.
The acquisition will mix NI’s versatile EV {hardware} and software program check platform with Kratzer’s application-specific EV software program and integration capabilities. About 200 Kratzer workers will be a part of NI.
