Charged EVs | Pilot undertaking upcycles graphene oxide from end-of-life EV batteries

Graphmatech has introduced {that a} pilot undertaking with Graphenea and Northvolt has upcycled graphene oxide from end-of-life EV batteries. “Producing graphene oxide from end-of-life batteries makes all the graphene worth chain extra sustainable and cost-effective,” says Graphenea Superior Supplies CEO Jesus de la Fuente.

Graphmatech and Graphenea will use the graphite-based materials to scale up graphene oxide manufacturing.
