McLaren MCL38 Celebration Editions Celebrate 2024 F1 constructors -Championship victory

McLaren is reminiscent of his constructor title from 2024 F1 with special editions of its cars from Artura and 750s.

On Tuesday before an F1 -Livery comprehensive event with all 10 teams, the MCL38 Celebration Edition will be the names of the McLaren MCL38 racing car, which the team brought to the constructors championship that McLaren won at the Abu Dhabi season final.

While McLaren’s Land Norris did not completely overcome the lead of the early season in the driver of the driver, which was built by Max Verstappen from Red Bull Racing, he and the team -mate Oscar Piatri McLaren’s first design title have been delivered since 1998 and the ninth overall. The latter number is reflected in the limited production runs of the Celebration Editions, whereby only nine examples are planned for each model.

Both the Artura and the 750 MCL38 Celebration Editions have a combination of papaya-orange and anthracite color, similar to McLaren’s current F1 racing painting, together with a graphic with nine stars that represents the former constructor championships.

Inside, the Celebration Editions carbon fiber trim pieces, which were signed by Norris and Piatri, as well as dedication plaques with parts of the carbon fiber body from an actual MCL38 F1 car. A few other splashes of papaya complete the changes.

These changes are completely cosmetic. Artura retains its 3.0-liter hybrid drive train with 3.0-liter V-6-plug-in-hybrid drive train for 671 hp, while the 750s with a 4.0-liter V-8 -Twin turbo-V-8 740 PS.

Last week McLaren presented the successor to the MCL38 last week when it published photos of the MCL39 that examined in a camouflage paint. The company will save the complete unveiling for the mandatory pre -season. The MCL39 is to join the rest of the F1 grid of 2025 F1 on the Bahrain International Circuit on February 26. This is followed by the Australian Grand Prix of season openings in 2025 on March 16.
