Ferrari drives to another level with the 12Cilindri Spider, the convertible version of its latest V12 championship. This pure driver machine delivers an attempted performance, a high -drought, naturally sucked engine and an exotic soundtrack that makes every trip unforgettable. Ferrari refuses to follow the hybrid trend and instead concentrate on blanket and dynamic mobility. The striking black front grill of the spider, inspired by the Ferrari 365 GTB from 1964, gives its modern aerodynamic design a touch of retro mysticism.
After 4.73 meters long, the 12-kilindri spider Ferrari’s GT philosophy of Front-Engine-GT remains loyal. The hardtop roof, which was selected for its acoustic and thermal advantages, works at speeds of up to 45 km/h in 14 seconds. In order to minimize the additional weight, Ferrari integrated an aluminum rollover bar, although the spider still weighs 40 kg more than the coupé. In combination with an eight-speed dual clutch transmission, the 12-kilindri spider starts with violent urgency, while the GT reinforcement is retained. Ferrari increased by 15% compared to the 812 superfast, which ensures a balanced mix of performance and comfort.
Inside, Ferrari offers two seating options comfortably sports seats or on track-focused carbon fiber bowls. The driver is greeted by a digital cockpit with three screens with 15.6-inch, 10.25-inch and 8.8-inch displays. The interface requires a certain adaptation, and Ferrari’s touch -sensitive steering wheel control remains a point of dispute. In contrast to most modern luxury cars, the 12-kilindri spider lacks a built-in navigation system that is based on Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The driving experience is what really distinguishes the 12Cilindri spider. Its naturally sucked-out V12 delivers a relentless wave of power, pulls hard from low speeds and writes to the redline of 9,500 rpm. Ferraris semi-active magnaride suspension offers enough compliance for long trips and makes this a real Grand tourer. While the gearbox is characterized in aggressive driving, it could be smoother with a relaxed cruise. The 12 -Cilindri spider remains playful, with mild understeer in narrower corners, but chooses the pace, and Ferrari’s electronic magic keeps the rear in chess.
The Ferrari 12Cilindri Spider at a price of € 400,000 offers a driving experience in 2025. It remains Ferraris heritage, mixed strength, passion and open amusement in a package that will appreciate purists.
