BMW M Motorsport has introduced its return to the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) and the 24 Hours of Le Mans (FRA) in 2024.
A brand new BMW Hybrid V8 will take the opposition of top-class within the hypercars class within the official FIA World Endurance Championship one 12 months after its debut season within the North America IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar championship in 2023.
The choice to run the BMW M Hybrid V8 within the IMSA sequence from 2023 and WEC from 2024 is a milestone for the corporate’s undertaking. The mannequin represents a turning level in the direction of electrification for BMW M and used the Dallara check monitor for its first useful check.
