Every autumn, Ferrari closes its racing season with an unmistakable celebration of passion, performance and tradition: the Finali Mondiali. The 2025 edition, held from October 23rd to 26th at the brand’s Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello, brought together thousands of Tifosi, hundreds of Ferraris and the unmistakable atmosphere that only Maranello can create.
Despite a weekend marked by unpredictable weather in Tuscany, red fever burned stronger than ever. Mugello’s rolling hills and technical corners once again became the stage for the most exclusive racing event on the Ferrari calendar, a mix of adrenaline, tradition and customer racing excellence that defines Corse Clienti.
The heart of Ferrari passion
More than 50,000 spectators filled the stands and the paddock, united by a single color: red. The event featured over 250 Prancing Horse vehicles, both on the track and throughout the exhibition area: from the new 296 Challenge cars to the extreme machines of the XX program to the timeless racing cars from Ferrari’s historic collection. The paddock itself was a living museum with over 40 other cars on display, bringing together GT legends, F1 icons and one-off masterpieces, perfectly showcasing the depth of the brand’s motorsport heritage.
Racing in the rain The 2025 edition of the Finali Mondiali was characterized not only by passion, but also by endurance. Heavy rain swept across the circuit, making the Challenge races true tests of skill and control. At the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli, Vincenzo Scarpetta secured the world final victory after a masterful drive in wet conditions, securing a memorable title for the young Neapolitan. At the start of the weekend, Manuela Gostner won the Coppa Shell Race 1, demonstrating her experience and precision behind the wheel.
American driver Rey Acosta from the Ferrari Challenge North America series delivered one of the most emotional stories of the weekend. After 24 races without a win this season, he triumphed twice at Mugello, a remarkable comeback on one of the most difficult tracks in the rain. The XX program turns 20. One of the most iconic moments of the weekend came from Ferrari’s XX program, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary. The program, which allows Ferrari’s most dedicated customers to drive experimental track cars developed directly by Maranello engineers, remains an important expression of the brand’s philosophy: ultimate performance, direct feedback and exclusivity.
The Mugello parade was a breathtaking display of evolution, from the early FXX to the brutal 599XX to the hybrid FXX-K EVO. The sound, the spectacle and the heritage come together in a way that only Ferrari can deliver. A celebration beyond competition The Finali Mondiali is never just about trophies, it’s about community. Between the paddock hospitality, the Corse Clienti exhibitions and the official Ferrari Store and Esports zones, visitors experienced the entire world of the brand in one place. Ferrari’s professional drivers, factory engineers and even young talent from the Ferrari Driver Academy were in attendance to meet fans, sign autographs and celebrate another successful year of racing.
Looking ahead
With the 2025 season now officially over, Ferrari turns its focus to the next year of racing, both in GT competition and Formula 1, but the Finali Mondiali remains a powerful reminder of what makes the Prancing Horse timeless. And the next chapter has already been written for 2026: The event will move to the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Spain from November 17th to 23rd, offering new terrain for challenges and celebrations.
