If you are not a die -hard car enthusiast that likes to complete cars, maintenance and maintenance can be a bit of a faff. It is particularly true when you are a busy person. There is now a way to (partially) remove the effort, to keep a top -shaped vehicle. BMW Romania only starts a program called digital service that makes it less tedious to operate your car.

How does it work? You can book an appointment without having to interact with a service receptionist. The great thing in digital service is that its availability does not depend on the usual schedule of the Service Shop. There is no waiting time and you can hand in the car at any time. The BMW Auto CobălcESCU dealer in Bucharest has 20 parking spaces to support the new program. All of this would not have been possible without an investment of € 500,000.

This supplementary service program aims to take on simple processes and relieve the main service. For the time being, the digital service will only take on complex operations such as body work or electrics. The service mechanic sends video news to the customer. The owner of the car then decides what processes he would like based on a digital estimate by simply selecting the elements in electronic form.

There is no personal car, since BMW Romania has implemented a safe important waste and call system. Payment is also made with the available digital tools, so that the entire process should be stopped smoothly from the time after the car until they collect it after maintenance.

The only pilot program for digital service has been in operation since the beginning of the year. BMW Romania wants to extend its availability at the national level. In the meantime, the aim of this year is to win 2,000 people for using the digital tools at the BMW Auto CobălcESCU dealer. Additional investments to expand the service capacity will follow in 2026.
