Not long until the lights go out at the Nürburgring for 24 hours. The 53rd edition of the legendary endurance race will take place next week. Mini and the Bulldog Racing team are ready to address the green hell and all the associated challenges. It is one of the longest active circuits in the world that stretch around 15.77 miles (15.77 miles). With 170 corners and a change in height of 300 meters (almost 1,000 feet), it is a demanding route.

A new photo gallery shows that John Cooper works in his racing clothing. The Nur-Track hot flap debut a new painting for 2025 and signal a partnership with the Australian clothing brand and the lifestyle brand Deus Ex Machina. The Design Works Division of the BMW Group was directly involved in the creation of the painting, which certainly emerged. The design is supposed to resemble a “moving sketchbook”, or so we were told.

It is worth noting that the pocket rocket was equipped with Mini John Cooper Works Accessories. You will recognize them almost everywhere, from the front spoiler to the side skirts and the roof edge spoiler at the back. Most of these shiny black add-ons, whether aerodynamic advantages or purely visual attraction, are available for the regular street legal model.

The huge diffuser, which wraps around the individual exhaust tip, is a tellty sign that this is not a regular JCW. However, it is more likely that you first notice the asymmetrical bike finish. Nevertheless, the rest of the design is not far from the lively HATCH MINI offers among dealers. Of course, with these Pirelli P Zero Slicks you cannot drive on public roads. Another glaring change is the interior to lose all overweight.

In retrospect, this racing car has to fill some big shoes. The Mini Cooper Pro from near Production No. 317, which took part in the 24-hour class of 2024 Nürburgring, won the SP 3T class. This year’s event will take place from June 19 to 22.
